When will I receive my quote?
Upon receiving your inquiry, our goal is to provide you with a quote within 4 hours. Please note that responses may take slightly longer during weekends or for inquiries requiring additional attention. For immediate assistance, feel free to call us at +421 948 905 945.
Are transfers included in my quote?
Transfers included in your package will be clearly outlined in your quote. If no mention of transfers is found, they are not included. For any uncertainties, reach out to your personal event manager for clarification.
How do I change the package/quote?
If the quote doesn't meet your expectations or you wish to make changes, please contact your personal event manager via email booking@voxtravel.com or phone on +421 948 905 945. They'll gladly assist you in tailoring the perfect package to your needs.
How Do I book my quote?
Once you're prepared to move forward, we only require an initial booking deposit 50€ to secure your quote at the agreed rate. You can conveniently pay online by following the link provided in your quote. Alternatively, you can call our office at +421 948 905 945 to process the deposit over the phone. Following this, you'll receive an emailed booking confirmation confirming your chosen package, along with an introductory email from your Event Manager outlining the next steps.
Can I change my mind once I have paid my deposit?
Understanding that plans can be fluid, we strive to accommodate booking amendments whenever feasible. If you need to modify your package, please reach out to your Event Manager at your earliest convenience to discuss the options available.
What happens if my numbers change after booking?
We understand that guest numbers may fluctuate, which is why we offer your guests up to a month to confirm their attendance for your event. Our packages are based on a minimum group size, as specified in your quote and booking confirmation. If numbers fall below this minimum, your package price may be impacted. Conversely, if your numbers increase, please inform your Event Manager promptly so they can check availability for the additional guest/s.
Will I receive a receipt / confirmation of my booking?
After placing your deposit and confirming your package, you will receive an email containing a booking confirmation that confirms your booking and provides details of your itinerary.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you find yourself needing to cancel, we completely understand—life happens! Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we'll do our best to assist you in amending your package to avoid cancellation if possible. While we strive to offer flexibility, please be aware that self-catering properties may limit your options. Please review any other payments in accordance with our terms and conditions
Is there an out of hours emergency number I need to call if something urgent happens during my bachelor/bachelorette party?
Certainly! You can locate the Vox Travel emergency out-of-hours number on your group's itinerary/ +421 948 905 945. It is a nonstop emergency service; you can call at any time during the week or weekend for our further assistance. Additionally, if you're traveling to one of our European destinations, you'll find the local number of our local coordinator on your itinerary as well.
Can I share with you any photos of the group?
Yes please! We love to see your group pics, we promise not to point and laugh. You can send any photos to your Event Manager or tag us on Instagram @voxtravel.
